If only six stars was an option for a Google review! As impossible as this may say regarding going to one's dentist, I recently had the most wonderful experience imaginable to cleanse and clear my teeth of pain. Due to my own complications and complexities, I hadn't been to the dentist for almost four years. I'm not proud of that statement nor I am attempting to make excuses. It was my own anxieties that got the better of me for too long until the bleeding of my gums awoke my senses to my needs. With an ache that wouldn't subside and an acknowledgment that it was well past the Richter scale of needing, I called Charlotte Harbor Dental, made my appointment and fingers crossed hoped for the best... Entering the building with more than a simple version of trepidation, desperate and willing to pay for street value for Xanax, I was filled with a growing sense of needing to run all Forrest Gump style straight right back out of that building! But with a calmness and amicable approachability rarely experienced in this world these days, the kindly receptionist took down my info and offered me a seat for my scheduled perceived prematurely "torture". To my great surprise and delight, my hygienist was equally as kind and receptive to both my nerves, both real and metaphysical of the spirit. She asked me her questions, recognized my anxiety, took her time, assured me of the patience that would be exercised, relieving of me any lingering doubt, and so we began my cleansing. Gentle when needed, direct when needed also, she took her sweet time upon me demonstrating sweetness throughout the entire process. And as the minutes ticked away, what I had initially dreaded had become, and dare I say it here, a delightful experience. When I exited that dental chair, my teeth felt reborn as was my faith in the gentleness and kindness of true customer service. Without reservation, with zero hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte Harbor Dental! True professionals!, hands down; they are exactly what one would hope entirely to find with a dentist partnership and for the first time in years I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Bravo Charlotte Harbor Dental!, you are RockStars!, and indeed please continue to do the exemplary work that I undoubtedly know you will. Great experience. I needed a dentist immediately. Rose who answered the phone and booked the appointment was WONDERFUL and got me in the next day, Dr. Josephson was very personable and professional, the rest of the office staff and dental assistant were so very pleasant. Just recommended to a friend

The staff in the office of Charlotte Harbor Dental are great. Dr. Josephson is very personable and easy to talk to. Lori, Lilla and Randi are very personable as well. it feels great when you call there and Lori knows who you are, they are very accommodating. Rene the dental hygienist is the best! I recommend Charlotte Harbor Dental to everyone
