Insurance & financing

Clear numbers before treatment begins

Nobody should learn what dentistry costs after it has happened. We verify benefits, present written estimates, and offer options when a plan is bigger than a single month's budget.

Working with your insurance

We accept most major PPO plans and file claims on your behalf. Before treatment we verify coverage, deductibles and annual maximums, then show you the estimated insurance portion and your estimated share side by side.

Preventive visits are covered at or near one hundred percent by most plans, which makes routine care the single best value available to insured patients. Benefits also reset annually, so we will flag when finishing treatment before December protects a maximum you have already paid for.

Membership plan for uninsured patients

Our in-house membership plan is a straightforward alternative to insurance: one annual fee covering your cleanings, exams and routine X-rays, plus a meaningful discount on restorative and cosmetic treatment.

There are no deductibles, no annual maximums, no waiting periods and no claim forms. Ask the front desk for current pricing.

Payment and financing

We accept cash, all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and CareCredit-style third-party financing with interest-free terms for qualifying applicants.

For comprehensive treatment plans, we routinely phase care across appointments and benefit years — sequencing by clinical urgency first, budget second.

Common questions

Do you accept my dental insurance?
We accept most major PPO dental plans and will verify your benefits before treatment so you know your expected out-of-pocket cost in advance.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
Uninsured patients can use our in-house membership plan, which covers preventive visits for a flat annual fee and includes a discount on other treatment.
Can I pay for treatment over time?
Yes. We offer third-party financing with interest-free options for qualifying plans, and larger cases can be phased so treatment fits your budget and your calendar.
